Times India shopping is doing a large scale business as it is being run by a very big company. Their rates are certainly not the lowest, but they are competitive. They mostly send the ordered goods though it may take time.
But their customer care is real hell on earth. Their online chat system is always busy and you rarely get a chance to put your complaint. And mostly they do not like to reply your emails. Phone line is also busy.
You have to spend a lot of time, energy and cursing to contact them. Pray to God that you product reach on time and in good condition. In case there is a problem they are most probably not going to solve it early or easily.
They would love to show you hell on earth.
