How to cook paneer tikka masala
Marinate Paneer – The first step is to marinaye paneer to make paneer tikka masala .Let us prepare the mixture to prepare marinating mixture by mixing together lemon juice,ginger,garlic,green chilli,half of chopped coriander ,chilli powder,salt –mix them thoroughly & marinate paneer in a bowl for one hour.
Let the paneer marinate for 1 hour ,with in that time we will heat oil in a pan & cook onions for 3-4 minutes on low flame till they turn brown/transparent .Now add turmeric powder,yogurt,milk,and the remaining coriander . Stir for a few minutes till the sauce thickens .
Add the marinated paneer together with the marinating mixture in the sauce & cook for 5 minutes on medium flame .
